The Complete Champion Approach

The model the Spartans have chosen to help realize their mission, live their values and work together as a team is called the Complete Champion Approach (CCA). While the Spartans are committed to winning on the court and field, they are equally concerned for the development of the student-athletes to become complete people and champions in all areas of their lives. Most importantly, Spartan athletics is defined by their strong cornerstone of Spiritual Development. From the foundation of Spiritual Development flows the other four aspects of the CCA and fruitful Godly athletes who persevere towards excellence.

Spartan Athletics is intentionally committed to developing the five key components of the CCA:

  • Academic Development
  • Athletic Development
  • Leadership Development
  • Personal Development
  • Spiritual Development
